EXPERIENCE
Mr. Sarge joined Bain Capital in 2023 as a data analyst on the Partnership Strategies team. Prior to joining Bain Capital, he worked as a quantitative analyst in the Capital Markets Group at Fidelity Investments. At Fidelity he focused on contributing to models utilized by the firm for systematic equity trading, factor-based investing, and portfolio management.
EDUCATION
Mr. Sarge received bachelor’s degrees in Applied Mathematics and Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
