EXPERIENCE
Mr. Barnes is an Executive Vice President and the Head of Portfolio Group on the Bain Capital Partnership Strategies team.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Barnes was a Managing Director and the head of operational due diligence at Cambridge Associates. Earlier in his career, he was an Operations Manager at Kobren Insight Management and a Senior Accountant at Bisys Hedge Fund Services.
EDUCATION
Mr. Barnes received an MBA, honors, from the Boston University School of Management and a BS from the University of New Hampshire. He is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst® charterholder.
